Sydney - ferry services
- Parramatta Timetable- combined Parramatta and Meadowbank timetables to increase service and reliability to and from Parramatta
- JetCat Evening Service - PM services adjusted to connect with buses at Manly wharf
- Harbour Beaches Service - Summertime service -Balmoral, Quarantine Station, Manly and Watsons Bay

- Route 342 Daceyville Shopping transfer Service (three month trial)
- Route 473 Rockdale to Five Dock later replaced by extending 471
- Route 471 Rockdale to Earlwood via Arncliffe later extended via 473 to Five Dock
- Route 499 Hurstville to Earlwood later extended to Drummoyne replacing
- Route 494 between Campsie and Drummoyne
- Route 500 City to Ryde via Glebe Island Bridge operating on Sundays
- Route L03 Mortlake to Circular Quay via Victoria road and the Glebe Island Bridge
- Route 151 QVB to Mona Vale new "All Night" service
- Route 243 North Cremorne/Wynyard weekend services
- Route 304 Prince of Wales Hospital - Circular Quay
- Route 169 Manly to QVB via Frenchs Forest on Sundays
- Route 476/477/478 Wheelchair accessible buses introduced on selected journeys
- Route 159 Wingala to Manly Wharf on Sundays
Extension of Services
- Route 456 Circular Quay to Pyrmont and Ultimo, extended to provide a loop service between Circular Quay, along George Street and Ultimo Road to
- Darling Harbour, the Casino, Pyrmont and Ultimo and return
- Route 355 Marrickville to Bondi Junction, altered to provide a more direct path
- Route 501 Circular Quay extended from Ryde to West Ryde in evenings
- Route 502 Circular Quay/Five Dock services adjusted to interleave the L03 services
- Route 301/2/3 to dovetail into the new Route 304
- Route 275 Chatswood to Middle Cove extended to Castlecrag
- Route 140 Manly Wharf - Macquarie University extended to Epping Station
- Route 397 shuttle loop extended to provide direct service from Sth Maroubra to Quay
- Route 395 direct service from Maroubra Beach to Railway Square
- Route 159 Manly - Wingala hourly Sunday service introduced
- Route 169 Manly - Frenchs Forest extended to city on Sundays daytime and weekend service extended from Wynyard to Town Hall
- Route 180 Collaroy Plateau - Warringah Mall night time and Sunday service extended to City

- Route 316 Newcastle to Belmont (after combining with 225/226)
- Route 317 Newcastle to Belmont (after combining with 225/226)

School Services
- Belmont High buses operate into new turning circle in school grounds
- Additional service on Route 501 Belmont North to Belmont High
- New service from Elermore Vale to Jesmond on Route 865
- New service from Elermore Vale to Kotara High on Route 738
- New service from Macquarie Hills to St Pauls Booragul on Route 843
- Route 824 school services extended to operate via Broadmeadow School
- Additional school service from Charlestown to St Phillips and return on route 849
